Ted Campbell Racing #11

Meet Ted

Ted Campbell is an eager, adventurous and dedicated young racer from Blackpool. Racing under the #11 with SCT Racing, he competes in the Junior Freetech Talent Cup — the official British Championship pathway for riders aged 10 to 16 — and in 2027 steps up to endurance racing against adult riders.

Meet Ted

A young racer with a need for speed

Ted lives for adventure and adrenaline. At just 13, whether it's the thrill of the racetrack, the freedom of the open water or exploring beneath the waves, he thrives on pushing boundaries and testing himself. He holds a Level 2 Powerboat Licence and is a qualified Junior Advanced Scuba Diver — an impressive appetite for adventure.

Ted also plays football to a high standard, bringing commitment, discipline and competitiveness to the pitch. But his true passion is motorbike racing. The speed, precision, focus and adrenaline of the track are what really inspire him.

Remarkably, Ted has only been racing for around twelve months — before that, he'd never been on a motorbike. When he's not on track he's in the garage, fixing, fettling and messing with bikes, always learning how they work and how to make them faster.

Ted recently gained his ACU licence, an important step in developing his potential as a young rider. It means he can now race at circuits around the country — a major milestone that reflects his passion for speed, his determination to develop his skills and his drive to take on new challenges.

Ted knee down on the white #11

In 2026 he raced four rounds of the Junior Talent Cup — Darley Moor, Ellough Park, Whilton Mill and Three Sisters — and earned his first podium in the EVO class at Three Sisters. In 2027 he steps up again: Junior Talent Cup sprints, Freetech Endurance, and the full NBS Endurance Championship, lining up against adult riders at 14.

With a fearless spirit, a willingness to learn and a genuine love for racing, Ted is keen to gain experience, improve his abilities and see how far his passion can take him.
